Shipping

To keep is as simple as possible for Paw we have a FLAT shipping rate of $6.99 within the US. The mor eyou buy the more you save on shipping. For shipping outside the USA, please Contact Us.



Delivery Time

We try to get all orders shipped out within 24 hours of receiveing them. Since we are located in Fresno, CA orders shipped within CA are usually 1 day. Orders shipped to the East Coast generally take 5 business days. National Holidays tend to add a day or two to the delivery time. Please plan accordingly.

 

Gifts and Gift Baskets

Please allow for an additional week (7 days) on top of delivery time when placing gift orders to ensure we have everything in stock. During National Holidays we are also extremely busy, please plan accordingly.

 

Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are not 100% Satisfied with any of our sauces or seasonings, please return the used product. We can send you another product of equal or lesser value in place of the returned product or we can issue you a refund (less shipping & handling).
