If you are not 100% Satified with a product of ours for any reason, please send back the remaining product and we can offer you one of the following:

 

1. Trade it in for a different product of equal or lesser value. We will also ship the replacement product to you free of charge for first time returns. If the new product costs more, all we will require is the difference to be paid.

 

2. A complete refund of the purchase price (less s&h).

 

To complete a return, please Contact Us first for an RA# (Return Authorization) before shipping back the product.
