Smokey is rich in spices and hickory-smoked flavor. It’s a great sauce for accentuating the meat’s natural flavor without overwhelming it. Smokey is great when there’s not enough time to slow-smoke your meats, but you still want that wood-smoked flavor. There is no replacement for wood grilling, but this sauce sure does come close.
